MMP Collects Old Cell Phones and Supports Breast Cancer Research
In another effort to offset their environmental impact, Medical Management Plus, Inc. is collecting your old cell phones. The phones are refurbished and resold. The proceeds from the sale of donated phones is used to benefit the UAB Comprehensive Cancer Center, and will fund labs and research dedicated to breast cancer. Any phones unable to be resold will be recycled, keeping hazardous waste out of landfills and the environment.
