Cahaba GBA Local Coverage Determination Policies and Articles

Draft Policies

Cahaba GBA is proposing the following new draft policies:

• Medicine: Long-Term Wearable Electrocardiographic Monitoring (WEM)
• Medicine: Neurophysiology Evoked Potentials (NEP)
• Surgery: Continuous Peripheral Nerve Blocks (CPNB)
• Surgery: Debridement of Skin Ulcers and Wounds

These draft policies should be available on the Cahaba website by February 21, 2011 and an Open Local Determinations (LCD) meeting is being held Tuesday, March 1, 2011. Parties interested in providing input on the development of these policies or hearing the discussion can register to attend the meeting in person or via teleconference.
