Part B Retainer Services
We offer Part B retainer services to give our clients ongoing support. Our retainer clients choose a set number of hours per month during which they can receive consulting services for coding, billing and general compliance inquiries. By being on retainer, our clients can quickly receive answers without having to do the research on their own. We research, advise, educate and provide supporting documentation when needed.
What This Service Includes
Inquiries may include:
- Working a rejection
- Providing guidelines for ICD-9 and CPT-4 coding and reporting
- Reviewing existing facility billing processes
- Clarification of State and Federal Regulations
Upon receiving the inquiry, we will:
- Validate the inquiry within 48 hours (two business days)
- Resolve the inquiry within 72 hours (three business days)
The retainer advisement services are generally restricted to those "tasks" that can be performed "off-site."
